Our client, a trailblazing cybersecurity startup, is seeking a strategic Head of Field & Channel Marketing to spearhead their go-to-market initiatives. Backed by Google Ventures and renowned industry experts, they have developed a groundbreaking identity security platform that transforms employee browsers into a robust control point against identity attacks. As the demand for their innovative solution surges, they are poised for significant growth and impact in the Cybersecurity landscape
Reporting directly to the CMO, the Head of Field & Channel Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the company's market expansion and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive field and channel marketing strategies, collaborating closely with sales and demand generation teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing key channel partnerships, ensuring the company's brand and leadership position are effectively communicated across all field activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams to develop account and metro-specific programs that drive engagement in strategic accounts
- Identify and manage sponsorships for key industry and channel events, while creating unique hosted experiences to drive new deals and progress existing ones
- Develop and execute a channel marketing plan to identify and engage key partners by metro, driving awareness and engagement from resellers and their customers
- Build the "FCM" playbook, defining event expectations, roles, and operational processes
- Plan and execute all field and channel marketing activities, aligning with pipeline targets and owning the success of the Field Marketing Program
- Analyze performance data to optimize strategies and drive revenue through highly effective marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales, Demand Generation, ABM, and Field Marketing teams
- Ability to balance omni-channel marketing strategy, vision, and tactical execution in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build data-driven initiatives and plans
- Strong project management skills with proven success managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships at all levels
- High energy and strong presence to effectively present ideas and results to senior marketing and sales leaders
