Position Overview: The Solutions Engineering Manager will oversee and lead the solutions engineering team across the Americas, ensuring the successful implementation and support of our OT security solutions. This role requires a technically proficient leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the solutions engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and support of OT security solutions, ensuring they align with customer expectations and industry standards.
- Act as a technical expert and advisor, assisting in pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with product management and development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and contribute to product enhancements.
- Ensure the solutions engineering team stays current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance, project status, and customer feedback.
