Position Overview: The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales will lead and drive the sales strategy for the Western US region, focusing on OT / ICS security solutions. This role requires a dynamic and experienced sales leader with a strong background in cyber security and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals and market growth in the Western US region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
