SVP Marketing – Cybersecurity Vendor (Growth Stage)

We are seeking a dynamic SVP of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts as we expand our footprint in the cybersecurity industry. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will oversee a team of ~30 professionals across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and market leadership.
• Lead demand generation efforts to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
• Oversee product marketing, ensuring strong positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Build and enhance brand presence through thought leadership, PR, and digital channels.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales and product teams to optimize go-to-market execution.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and ROI on marketing investments.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and market expansion.
• Expertise in demand generation, brand strategy, and product marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing mid-sized teams in high-growth settings.
• Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of marketing analytics and ROI measurement.
