Job Description

Aspiron Search are working exclusively with the #1 training and assessment platform in Cyber Security. They are looking for a first line leader to come in an work alongside the CRO to help run the Americas sales.

The Candidate will:

• Lead a team of 8 sellers across the US including Enterprise, Commercial and BDR reps
• Have experience of carrying team quotas
• Be familiar with working in early stage start-ups
• Demonstrate strong experience with training platforms and upselling / cross selling customers
• Work hand in hand with CRO in growing the US business and strategically plan and set new goals.
