Job Description
Aspiron are retained by a very impressive early-stage OT cybersecurity vendor. Despite being Seed stage they are already way in excess of $1m ARR, have high profile electric utilities customers and are making very strong headway with major security partnerships and Federal agencies.
They are utilizing very comprehensive AI models to tackle risk mitigation for Electric Utilities companies. Their founding team have impressive technical and utilities focused background with an engineering org cherry picked from top universities.
We are looking to hire their first Director of Sales to drive net new customer acquisition of electric utilities companies. The opportunity here is huge both from a commission and long-term upside perspective with proof of deals up to $500k already.
To be considered it is essential that you:
- Have a deep network within and track record selling to electric utilities customers
- Understand the OT space and how OT networks operate
- Come from either an OT security vendor OR an OEM like Rockwell, Emerson, Honeywell etc. selling PLCs
- Have the ability to network and hunt for new business
- Have the ability to operate in a small but very fast paced business
