Job Description

We are currently working exclusively with a high-growth AI tech firm who are looking for an experienced first-hire Cloud Security Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of the firm’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for our infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
• Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to integrate security best practices into the development and deployment processes.
• Monitor security systems and tools for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
• Participate in incident response activities and assist in post-incident analysis and remediation efforts.
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and tools to enhance our security posture.
