Are you red teamer/pentester/offensive security practitioner that's always been curious what the other side is like? Do you enjoy being able to inform your defensive work with offensive skills?

My client is hiring for their Detection and Response team. We're looking for someone who knows the offensive side (and how to build) and wants to use that knowledge to create a world class detections apparatus. They are a small (but highly effective) team and growing quickly, and this would be an early position that could help grow out this team.
