About the Role
As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll act as a true player-coach, taking ownership of the region’s sales strategy while actively engaging in the field to close deals. You’ll spearhead the company’s expansion, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, securing new business, and leading by example. Alongside your individual contributions, you’ll mentor and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Directly manage and close high-value enterprise deals, demonstrating strong solution selling and negotiation skills.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed their goals.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine go-to-market strategies and align with broader company objectives.
  • Act as the face of the company at industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and awareness.

  • Proven track record as a successful sales leader in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Hands-on experience as both an individual contributor and a team manager – you're comfortable leading from the front.
  • Strong network and experience selling into enterprise organizations.
