Job Description
I have an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing Series A Cybersecurity business. The vendor focuses on securing the end user. They've recently secured over $20M in their recent round of funding and are being very strategic with their growth plans.
A key hire they are looking for is a Customer Solutions Architect to work on special projects where support cant fix the issue. You will also be required to design workflows for customers.
Your key responsibility will include:
• Juggle multiple customer deployments and handle escalations related to product features at the same time.
• Advocate for established product best practices instead of relying on product changes led by the engineering team whenever possible.
• Collaborate with both customers and internal teams to streamline processes in case product changes are necessary.
• Possess the expertise to lead and guide customers rather than being guided, serving as a subject matter authority.
• Engage in teamwork with product, engineering, and customer support to creatively address challenges that go beyond the typical product usage scenarios.
Requirements:
• You possess a wealth of experience in the utilization and design of REST APIs.
• Proficiency in osquery, SQLite, and GitOps methodologies.
• Practical exposure to collaborating with IT, SRE, CPE, or SecOps teams.
• Demonstrated achievements in a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Solutions Consulting position within the cybersecurity industry.
