Aspiron Search is in search of a talented sales leader to drive ARR and team growth for a Series A security vendor. The role will suit a player coach candidate who is ready to step into their first VP role over somebody who has been in pure leadership for many years. You will be driving revenue from the front whilst coaching your RSMs.
This is an opportunity for a sales manager to shape the team, drive impact, and be compensated well through solid execution and performance.
The business is a leader in the attack emulation and simulation space with top tier investors. They are led by a true visionary and hugely respected figure in the cybersecurity community.
You need to bring:
- A successful track record selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise ($1bn+) accounts
- Proven success in leading/coaching sales reps to attain quota
- Prior experience being targeted on a team quota
- Network of security leaders (SOC and offensive security leaders would be useful)
- A passion for earning, learning and networking
