My early-stage Cyber Security vendor client is well funded by big player investors in the security space. They are anticipated to do some incredible things.

 

They are hiring their first sales leader in the UK who will completely own the sales org and be responsible for growing the team and revenue. This is the perfect role for an experienced player coach, rather than an executive who focuses solely on people leadership/strategy.

 

If you have grown a successful sales org for another early stage Cyber Security or Network vendor, then this is your next big opportunity to have a big impact and receive a significant equity stake in what will be a hugely valuable business.

 

Experience you need to bring to this role:

 

  • Track record building a successful sales org for an early-stage Cyber Security or Networks vendor.
  • Experience working in a $0-5m ARR business
  • Helped a company achieve funding in the Series A to C rounds
  • Hires and developed teams of high performing of AE’s and BDRs
  • Ability to set sales and wider GTM strategy for UK & EMEA regions

 

Location:

Offices in London. The current sales team operate a hybrid model which is preferred. Fully remote within the UK can be considered if you have a proven record building a successful org fully remotely.
