I have an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing Cybersecurity business. They specifically focus on compliance. They will be doubling in size this year following their recent round of funding.


An important role is the Customer Success Manager, It’s a brand-new position and you will be responsible to lead and manage all account activities for a portfolio of clients. Also ensure customer satisfaction that will be measured in part by account renewal and expansion. A great opportunity to grow with a new CSM team and a high growth company.

What you need to bring to this role:
·      Prior experience in a customer facing role (either customer success, technical account management, sales etc.)
·      Must have a GRC consulting background
·      Need to have a commercial orientated background
·      Start-up DNA and drive to help a rapidly growing business achieve its growth
·      Excellent communication skills
